Account Registration

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Payment Terms
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days
- Free trial: No payment required during trial period
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Make changes to features and functionality
- Suspend service for security or legal reasons
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for decisions made based on forecasts generated by the service
Financial forecasts are projections based on assumptions you provide. They are not guarantees of future performance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Profitual harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or the service
- Is fraudulent or illegal
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
