These terms apply to profitual.ai, our marketing and information site. They do not govern the Profitual product or Andy AI CFO service. If you sign in or start a trial at app.profitual.ai, you'll agree to the product terms of service there, and those terms apply from that point.
What this site is
profitual.ai is a public marketing site. It includes:
- Information about Profitual and Andy, our FP&A platform and AI CFO
- Our blog, case studies, and industry landing pages
- Pricing information and links to start a free trial
- Ways to contact us (sales, partnerships, education, privacy, support)
There are no accounts, no payment, and no financial data collected on this site. Those things live in the product.
Who can use it
Anyone can browse. You don't need to create an account or accept these terms explicitly. If you're reading the site, the terms below apply.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please don't:
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated disclosure to security@profitual.ai
- Scrape content at a rate that degrades service for other visitors
- Use automated tools to generate fake traffic, inflate analytics, or abuse contact email addresses
- Reproduce or redistribute our original content (copy, designs, blog posts) beyond fair use, without attribution or permission
- Use the site to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone
Content and intellectual property
Everything on profitual.ai (copy, design, illustrations, blog posts, Profitual and Andy branding) is the property of Profitual or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Customer and partner logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear with permission. Please don't reuse them.
Blog posts are © Profitual (or the credited guest author). You're welcome to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back; please don't republish full posts without asking first.
Accuracy
We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, features, and case study details accurate and up to date. That said, profitual.ai is provided as is. The binding version of pricing, plan limits, and feature availability lives inside the product at app.profitual.ai. If you see something out of date, let us know at support@profitual.ai.

Posts on our blog are meant to be educational. They cover forecasting, cash flow, hiring plans, and general financial topics for founders and operators. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and they're not a substitute for working with a qualified professional.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes relating to this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
