This policy covers profitual.ai, our marketing and information site. The Profitual product at app.profitual.ai has its own privacy policy that governs the service itself, including your account and connected financial data.

What we collect
When you browse
Our hosting provider logs standard request metadata: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. We use these logs to debug problems and prevent abuse. Typical retention is 30 days.
If you accept analytics cookies
- We load PostHog to capture anonymous pageviews, scroll depth, and aggregate click patterns.
- PostHog is configured in identified-only mode on this site, which means we never create person profiles here. Your browsing stays tied to an anonymous session ID.
- Data is stored in PostHog's United States infrastructure.
- If you reject the banner or haven't responded, PostHog never initializes and no analytics cookies are set.
When you email us
Clicking any mailto: link on this site (e.g.

your email client. If you send us a message, we receive your email address
and the contents of the message, and we keep it only as long as we need to
respond.
When you follow a CTA to the product
Buttons like Start free trial and Sign in take you to app.profitual.ai. Once you leave this site, the product's privacy policy applies.
Cookies and local storage

Third parties that help serve this site
We use a small number of well-known services to deliver the site. They receive standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer) when your browser fetches assets. We don't share anything more with them.

- rsms.me: serves the Inter typeface.
- Google Fonts: serves the DM Serif Display headline typeface.
- Google Cloud Storage: hosts our embedded demo videos.
- Our hosting provider: serves the static site.
Your rights

- Request a copy or deletion of any information we hold

Children
Profitual is a business product. This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We'll update the Last updated date above whenever this policy changes. If a change affects how we handle analytics or cookies, we'll surface it again through the cookie banner so you can review and re-consent.
